PROTEINe Yogurt and Berries Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% milk
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup iögo PROTEINe (Black Cherry or Strawberry-Raspberry) yogurt
Preparation
Mix all smoothie ingredients together except for the yogurt.
Pour the smoothie in a large glass or Mason jar (do not fill completely), add the yogurt and mix to form a swirl between the yogurt and smoothie.
Top with hemp seeds, chocolate shavings and berries.
