- 500 ml (2 cups) iÖGO Probio Lactose-free Plain yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lactose-free Gruyère cheese, grated
- 280 g (10 oz) fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and finely grated
- Salt and ground pepper

Serve with freshly-cut vegetables like cucumbers, endives, carrots, etc. Serve with bread slices or use this dip in tomato sandwiches or other sandwiches of your choice.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
