Overnight Express Oatmeal
- Serves : Donne 500 ml (2 tasses) soit 2-3 portions
- Preparation : 5 minutes
- Cooking/Cooling : Toute la nuit
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) Probio or Greek Vanilla yogurt (your choice)
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk or plant-based drink to taste (soy, almond, rice, etc.)
- 125 ml (½ cup) oatmeal
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
Good to know…
Garnish your oatmeal to your liking (fresh fruit, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, etc.).
Prepare several jars ahead of time for those hectic mornings.
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover.
Refrigerate until the next morning.
Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
